Hello! My name is Janet Ubiñas and among many other things I am a Clinical Psychologist. Since early in my life, I noticed a passion for people’s wellbeing, and that transferred to what I choose as my educational formation. After focusing on developing my professional career in Clinical Psychology, I decided to undertake a business venture in the newly regulated medical cannabis industry in my beautiful homeplace, Puerto Rico. Since then, I have positioned myself as a leader and pioneer in the industry, growing multiple companies and brands. I have occupied consulting positions for other companies, as well as expand my license portfolio in the Island..
Besides my fundamental role in my businesses, I am passionate about promoting and educating about the medical cannabis industry as well as women’s role in the industry, and women’s entrepreneurship in general. I have been guest speaker in business forums and written published articles. I am a great believer in leading by example and my example I can say is my best presentation card.
